Olives-Aperitifs: is our category dedicated to the olives both in oil and in brine, capers and other tasty appetizers.

Praised by Greek poets and philosophers for their nutritional properties, olives, often, were the only food consumed during the symposia. In fact, they represent a typical food of the Mediterranean diet.

For the moment, we have selected the three most important varieties: Nocellara, Cerignola and Taggiasca.
